How to Use a Hoobuy Spreadsheet

Learn how to use the Hoobuy product directory: read product cards, compare a shortlist and open the exact listing to verify the selected variant.

QUICK ANSWER

Choose a category, compare a few similar products, then open each exact listing to verify its variant, current price, sizing and available QC evidence. Product cards here open an external product page in a new tab. The search box also opens external product results; it does not filter this website.

Start with the item you actually need

A Hoobuy spreadsheet is a product discovery list: it organizes links and short item details so you can narrow a search. A title or thumbnail helps you find a candidate, but the selected product page is where you confirm the item. Treat a card as the beginning of a comparison, not a completed purchase decision.

Choose one category and one practical requirement. Start with sneaker finds if you need a particular shape, or hoodie finds if chest measurements matter most. Comparing a shoe, fragrance and jacket together makes price and shipping comparisons much less useful.

What a curated listing means on this site

The directory is a dated selection from the product catalog, grouped by category. We keep listings that identify a specific product with a title and image, apply the category and brand rules used for this site, and give more prominence to records with a positive QC photo count. It is a selection, not a count of every item available through a buying service.

A recorded QC count is a reason to look for evidence, not a verification badge. It does not mean we inspected an item, that the photos show the unit you may receive, or that the selected size and color are available now. Open the linked product page and check its current options and images before paying.

Read the fields on a product card

Use the title and picture to identify the candidate, the displayed price to compare the catalog snapshot, and the QC count to decide which evidence to look for next. A card does not show every available size, delivery charge or seller condition.

Cards round prices to whole yuan for browsing. A range means the catalog records different amounts, not that every variant costs the lower figure. Check the exact payable amount for your selection before converting it into dollars, pounds or euros.

Work through a real catalog example

The example below uses a catalog item rather than an invented order. Open it to check the available options. Its image is a catalog image, and its QC count is a catalog field; neither proves that a unit you later order will be identical.

On the detail page, find the exact color and size you want, then compare the displayed amount with the card. If the variant costs more or is unavailable, update your shortlist. Do not keep using the lower card amount as the price of a different version.

Compare a small shortlist using the same questions

Keep two or three plausible items open, with one note explaining why each remains a candidate. A lower price can be outweighed by missing sizing information or a bulky box. Compare measurements in the same unit, and keep item price separate from the cost of getting the parcel to your country.

For clothing, compare a garment you already own using the same measurement method as the listing. A flat chest width is not the same measurement as a full chest circumference. For shoes, distinguish the size label from a measured insole length; they answer different questions.

  • Exact model, color and size available?
  • Measurements comparable with something that fits?
  • Current item price and currency recorded?
  • Useful QC or other item evidence available?
  • Any packaging, weight or route question still unresolved?

Use QC evidence and handle missing information

A larger photo count is not automatically stronger evidence. A clear size-label image may settle your question better than several distant views. Use the QC photo checklist to decide which angles or measurements you need.

If a link opens the wrong model, compare its title, image and selected option with the card. If it is unavailable or needed measurements are missing, move to another candidate or seek clarification before paying. A similar-looking product is not automatically a substitute for the one you intended to buy.

Know what happens when you leave the spreadsheet

Category cards take you to category pages on this website. Product cards open individual external listings in a new tab, while Browse Hoobuy Spreadsheet opens the full external catalog. Return to this tab to keep comparing. Searching for a model or style opens external results in a new tab as well.

Browsing here does not create a Hoobuy order, transfer an existing order or submit a warehouse parcel. Follow the account and checkout instructions on the service where you actually place the purchase. A Hoobuy account tutorial applies to that account, not automatically to every external listing linked here.

Before buying, use the shipping-cost guide to build a separate parcel budget. The useful outcome is a shortlist with verified options and a realistic next step, rather than a collection of unchecked links.

Carry a shortlisted item through the next stages

A product link answers only the discovery question. The later checks happen on the product page and in the service where you place and manage an order. Keep the item price, the warehouse record and the parcel quote separate so a useful photo or a low card price does not stand in for the full decision.

Common questions

Does the card price include international shipping?

No delivered total is shown on the card. Confirm item charges on the listing and calculate parcel shipping separately.

Do I need to download an actual spreadsheet?

No. You can browse the categories and product cards directly on this website.

Does a QC count mean the item passed inspection?

No. It reports recorded photo availability, not a pass result, authenticity finding or promise about a later order.

How are products selected for this directory?

Listings are grouped by category and must identify an item with a title and image. The selection follows this site’s category and brand rules, with recorded QC photo counts given more prominence. The directory can change when the catalog is refreshed; check the linked item for current details.
