Hoobuy QC Photos: What to Check Before Shipping

Check Hoobuy QC photos for the correct item, visible condition and measurements. Use the inspection checklist to identify and request missing evidence.

QUICK ANSWER

Match the photos to your current warehouse item, verify size, color and quantity, then inspect important details. Resolve a wrong option or visible defect before packing. A catalog QC count indicates recorded photos; it does not mean the item passed inspection or that those photos show your own order.

Find the photos that belong to your item

For a stored Hoobuy order, open User Center, Warehouse and the relevant item record. Match the item ID and ordered variant before reviewing photos. If inspection is incomplete, ask about that item record rather than assuming a domestic delivered scan means the photos are ready.

Photos found while browsing a spreadsheet may belong to another buyer, unit or batch. Use them to identify questions about a listing. Use your own order evidence to decide whether the item that reached the warehouse matches what you purchased.

Check identity and visible condition first

Compare the ordered model, size label, color and quantity before studying small cosmetic details. A sharp image of the wrong size still shows the wrong option. Examine a pair of shoes together and check included accessories against the selected listing.

Lighting, camera tilt and compression can change apparent color or shape. If a difference could be photographic, ask for a clearer angle rather than presenting an uncertain impression as a confirmed defect.

Compare measurements using the same method

Lay a garment flat without stretching it. Compare a straight chest-width measurement with the same measurement on a garment that fits. Measure length from the reference point used in the listing; shoulder-to-hem and collar-to-hem are not interchangeable.

If a listing shows 58 cm straight across the chest, comparing it with your 58 cm body circumference would be a mistake. Doubling flat width gives only an approximate circumference comparison and says little about shoulder shape, stretch or preferred fit. The illustration shows measurement directions, not a tested garment.

Decide whether to keep, clarify or raise a problem

Make the next action depend on evidence. A wrong size tag and a missing view call for different messages. Keep the current photos and order selection together so the reviewer can see the issue without reconstructing the order.

Request one missing detail clearly

Identify the needed view and explain the question it should settle. Ask which extra photo or measurement services are available before agreeing to a charge. Do not request unsealing or a destructive test without understanding the effect on return eligibility.

Recognize what photographs cannot establish

Photos do not authenticate a brand, measure scent, establish internal component quality or demonstrate long-term comfort. A device casing photograph does not prove battery capacity or reliable performance. Identify the evidence a specific function needs and ask whether that inspection is available.

When evidence shows a mismatch, use the return and exchange guide. When checks are complete, continue with the warehouse-to-parcel process. To compare another candidate, browse sneakers or T-shirts using the same checks.

Common questions

Are more QC photos always better?

No. Relevant angles, readable labels and the correct item match matter more than the raw count.

Can QC photos prove authenticity?

No. Visible photos and a catalog count are not an authentication service or certificate.

Should I submit a parcel while a return question is open?

Resolve item-specific handling before requesting packing or international shipment.
