Stored means the warehouse stage, not international delivery. Open User Center → Warehouse, check the item and its QC evidence, then select eligible items for delivery. Confirm recipient, route and packing choices before paying the international shipping amount shown for the parcel.
Open the warehouse item as well as the purchase order
Go to User Center and Warehouse, then open the stored item matching your order. Keep the product order ID and warehouse item ID together. The first identifies the purchase; the second helps identify received goods and their next handling action.
If the stored record is missing, compare order status and domestic tracking with the latest account message. A seller’s delivered tracking event is not a completed warehouse record. Send the order and tracking IDs when asking about that gap.
| Record or event | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Product order | What was bought, its selected variant and purchasing progress. |
| Domestic tracking | The seller-to-warehouse journey inside China. |
| Warehouse item | Received-item details, QC evidence and storage/handling options. |
| International parcel | Selected contents, shipping payment, packing and carrier tracking. |
Finish item checks before choosing delivery
Compare size, color, quantity and parts with the order. Inspect evidence using the QC checklist. Read the active after-sales deadline and storage information separately.
For a wrong label or missing part, use the return or exchange process before packing. If only a measurement is missing, request the specific detail and check any additional service fee.
Select compatible items and submit for delivery
In Warehouse, select the items intended for one parcel and use the delivery submission action. Review recipient details, destination and eligible routes. Identify batteries, fragrance/liquids and fragile parts accurately; items received together are not automatically suitable for one route.
Choose packing deliberately. Keeping a shoe box preserves packaging but can add volume. Removing it changes protection and possible return options. Do not choose box disposal for an item whose return request is unresolved.
- Selected item IDs all belong in this parcel.
- QC and after-sales questions are resolved.
- Recipient name, address, postal code and contact details are correct.
- The chosen route accepts the actual contents.
- Packing instructions and any extra services are understood.
Review the international shipping payment
Product payment does not mean international shipping is paid. Review the amount and service in the parcel record. The shipping-cost guide explains how packed size and weight change an estimate.
Record the parcel ID and payment confirmation, then follow packing and dispatch updates. A label or tracking number may exist before carrier acceptance. Read movement events rather than treating a number alone as proof of departure. Before paying for international delivery, use the customs and tax guide to review possible destination charges alongside the shipping quote.
If a stored item cannot be submitted
Read the exact item or submission message. Do not repeatedly change unrelated fields without noting the blocker. Identify whether the issue concerns an item, route, address, payment or handling state; then send the affected ID and a screenshot when asking for help.
| What you see | Check next |
|---|---|
| No eligible route | Destination, contents, weight/dimensions and restrictions. |
| One item cannot be selected | Its inspection/after-sales state and item-specific message. |
| Outstanding balance | The parcel charge record and exactly which amount is unpaid. |
| Address validation issue | Required fields, postal code format and selected country/region. |
Complete the next action and track the right record
Once checks are complete, follow parcel preparation, payment and dispatch. If waiting for another item, note the oldest item’s remaining storage allowance first. Connect every deadline to a planned action so consolidation does not become accidental inactivity.
Use the storage planning guide for goods arriving on different dates. After international dispatch, use the parcel’s carrier tracking; the domestic seller tracking follows the earlier journey and cannot tell you where the international parcel is.
Common questions
Does Stored mean my parcel is on its way to me?
No. It describes a warehouse stage. International dispatch is tracked in the parcel record.
Can I wait for more items?
Plan around available warehouse options, each item’s storage allowance and its separate return deadline.
